Efficiency
Chemipol UV 05 N is an accumulative agent that increases the whitening effect in proportion to the amount added without an undesirable grayish tint. White enhancement values ​​will vary from one coating formulation to another.

Application and dosage
Chemipol UV 05N is used in coatings with a low titanium dioxide content, below 7%, where it acts as a white enhancer by reflecting UV light towards the blue side of the visible spectrum. As a general guide, the standard dosage of application is in the range of 0.2% to 0.6% of the general formula. The optimal dosage should be evaluated using special laboratory tests.

Usage
Chemipol UV 05N is generally compatible with standard emulsion paint components, but may cause viscosity changes when interacting with cellulosic thickeners. Therefore, laboratory testing is recommended before any industrial use.

It is recommended to add it at the end of the production process, having previously been diluted with an equivalent volume of water in such a way as to ensure its correct distribution throughout the system.

Expiry date: best used within 12 months from production date
Storage: store in cool ventilated rooms at temperatures from 0ºС to 50 ºС in original packaging.
