Kemiline CB 420

Universal acrylic binder for outdoor systems, gloss, deep-tone, textured and wood paints. Use of coalescent agent is not required in paint formulations.

Areas of use:
paints and coatings, building chemicals.

Dry residue: 49 — 51 % (1 g, 30 min at 150 ºС)
pH level: 7,0 — 9,0 (at 20 ºС)
Viscosity: max. Max. 5000 cps (B. Field, 5 / 50 at 20 ºС)
MFFT / TG: -20 ºС / <0 ºС
Packing: 120 kg PE drums / 1,000 kg eurocubes
Shelf life: 12 months at temperatures from 5 to 35 ºС
Frost resistance: store at positive temperatures
Security: no special conditions

Application:
paints of Kemiline CB 420 are very simple to apply at wall and cracks. It adheres very well to all surfaces and retains elasticity over a broad temperature range. The consumption depends on pigment and filler quantities. The recommended amount is approx. 5 —15 % for interior and approx. 15 — 30 % for exterior paints.
