acrylic polymer emulsion

Appearance: viscous, creamy liquid
Solid content: 49 — 51 % (1 g, 60 min at 105 °C)
pH value: 4,0 — 6,0 (at 20 °C)
Viscosity: 2000 — 15000 cps (B. Field, 5 / 20 at 20 °C)
TG / MFFT: 11 °C / -1 °C
Packing: 120 kg PET drum / 1000 kg euro container
Shelf life: 12 months at 5 — 35 °C.
Frost resistance: protect from freezing.
Safety: does not require special conditions.

Application:
the consumption of Kemiline CV 100 in a paint formulation depends on pigment and filler quantities. The recommended amount is approx. 10 —15 % for interior and approx. 20 — 30 % for exterior paints. The film forming temperature (MFFT) may be adjusted by adding the coalescent agents.
